Transparency is important to us. Here’s what to know.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service price. This helps us respect the time of our stylists and other clients.
Late Arrival
If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule entirely to avoid impacting other clients’ appointments. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early.
Deposits
For services over $150 or first-time color appointments, a deposit equal to 25% of the service price may be required at booking. This deposit is applied toward your service total.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 7 days and we’ll schedule a complimentary adjustment.
Health & Safety
All tools are sanitized between clients. Our salon follows state health and safety regulations. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let your stylist know before your appointment.
